Now what I have in this episode is the description and details of an offer that I have beta tested a few times this year. This will actually be the third cohort of what we are calling the TPN Quick Start. The Quick Start is a four week cohort where you get very specific curriculum and instruction and step by step action steps for four weeks together. Along with coaching from me where I'm going to personally bring you through stage one of the process that I teach in the full Profitable Nutritionist program. It also is a very, how do I say this, A very actionable container because I'm going to give you all of the specifics in the rest of this episode, but just a little teaser here. We do a checklist for you every single Monday morning in the quickstart where it's going to tell you what to do for the week. You need to be able to allocate two to three hours per week to go through the checklist and do the items and then we do a recap on Friday. We going to do coaching throughout the week and then on Fridays you are going to do a check in on how much progress you've made and any questions you have.

So it is a very structured container which I believe is why our participants in the past two rounds of the quickstart as we've been beta testing this, have had incredible results. And when I say incredible results, I mean that people are increasing their confidence in their offer, their client delivery process and every aspect of their business so considerably that they are signing clients during the quickstart when that isn't even actually the focus of the quickstart.

When I last recorded this were beta testing the second round which we did in March. So the dates that you are about to hear are incorrect because they are talking about the round that we launched in March. The new dates which are very important are May 3rd and May 4th.

Here's the problem that I see that I've seen in the industry and like I said, I've been doing this for many years and I experienced it myself. So my story was when I launched my holistic nutrition business online in 2015, I did all of the things I was super excited about, all the online strategy. So I was creating content on all the social media platforms, I was tweaking my website endlessly. I was taking courses, I was courses, I was launching, I was doing all of the things because I'm an action taker, I was very motivated. I'm willing to get to work, but I wasn't making the money that I wanted to make. This probably lands for you too if you're watching this video. I did not have one clear profitable offer in my business. I had 76 different offers.

None of them were very profitable. I didn't have a pricing strategy that I was confident in. I didn't have a really dialed in client process that actually got results from my clients and I didn't have a dialed in system for how to spend my time and what to prioritize. So I wasted a ton of time taking all of the actions and I wasn't getting the results that I wanted in my business. The results I wanted was consistent 6 figures. Specifically, I wanted to make 10k per month consistently and it took me 3 years to get to that point, but it didn't have to. So I have now taught, like I said, well over a thousand health and wellness professionals to do this differently and to actually make their practice profitable and sustainable.

So it's three days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
