My friend, welcome back to The Profitable Nutritionist Podcast. Today I get to tell you about something that has been in the works for quite a while. I've known that this was coming and I have not told you about it until the time was right. Now the time is right and I am screaming from the rooftops over here about the TPN Quick Start. So I'm going to tell you all about that in this episode. Who it's for, who it's not for. What are we doing in the Quick Start? Why are we doing the Quick Start? How is it different than tpn? Should you do tpn? Should you do the Quick Start? All of the questions shall be answered in this episode and I am just going to dive right in.

After coaching hundreds and Hundreds, well over 700 people in the profitable nutritionist. Up to this point, I have seen a pattern. I also have lived through this pattern which I will tell you about. It keeps happening, but especially in the beginning of business, even if it's not the very beginning of your business time wise, if you still don't feel like you have the momentum, you have consistent clients coming in, consistent referrals and like the money, you can count on it because it is consistent. That's not you yet, then we're going to say this is the beginning of your business. Okay? And for Those intents and purposes. Listen to everything I have to say because these patterns, I don't know what other word to use other than patterns. I'm just going to keep saying the word pattern. These patterns that come up in our brain for resisting making decisions and glossing over them and trying to just get to the part where we don't have to think about them anymore.

So for a lot of us, that's like the marketing stuff, it's selling, it's doing the shiny, glittery strategies that we see a lot of other people doing online. It's getting to that as quickly as possible. People tell me, oh my gosh, I have to scale. And then we quickly realize the reason that they're running away from their business and trying to make it bigger and more automated as fast as possible is because they haven't made these decisions yet or they haven't made the right decisions. So I did an episode, actually the last episode, 2:18, I believe it is all about what these four decisions are. And I go into more detail on the decisions, but just know that in the Quick Start, we make these four foundational decisions together over the course of four weeks.

So I'm going to gloss over exactly what is the itinerary of each of these four weeks for back of a better way to say it, because I did cover that in detail in the last episode. But I'll go through what they are at a high level and then if you want to dive back into that and get a little bit more information and a little more context, I went through them in detail in episode 218. Okay. I think that is the foundation basically that you need for me to kind of get in and tell you about the decision to do the Quick Start. The reason the Quick Start is so novel here in TPN land is it is by far the most accessible way to get the TPN process. And I'm going to tell you what this looks like in a second.

But it's a chunk of the repeatable revenue process that I teach in the full TPN program. And it is dripped out over the course of four weeks, where we will spend four weeks together, coaching you live, giving you the step by step content checklists, all of the support that you need to actually execute on making these decisions. Setting up your offer, setting up your pricing, setting up your client delivery process, everything else that we're going to do over those four weeks together, we do in this very specific container of four weeks live cohort. And we are doing that because it is the most accessible way to get you into the TPN program. The cost of the TPN Quick Start is $497, which means that it is roughly a tenth of what it costs to be in the full TPN program, which is $4,000.

I know that math isn't exactly right, but you know, we're rounding here, all right? So as you can see, it is intentional for this offer to be a starting point and to be an accessible way to get into the content. Now, the reason I say that, especially at the very beginning of what I'm about to tell you, is I want you to understand what that this is a starting point, okay? In the Quick start, as the name hopefully implies, this is the start, okay? This isn't every single thing that I could possibly teach you crammed into four weeks. That wouldn't work. It would be overwhelming. You wouldn't make progress.

You wouldn't have the satisfaction of actually checking these items off of your to do list and having them done and knowing, oh my gosh, finally, all of these decisions, all of these scenarios that have been spinning in my brain that I've been thinking, should it be this? Should I call my business this? Or should it be this? Should I buy this URL or should it be this, should I, you know, go and service this niche? Or is that too broad? Is it too narrow? All. All of the things that we second guess ourselves about. You are going to have the pleasure of actually putting those decisions to rest, making them profitably, knowing that your business is going to be sustainable with the decisions you've made and that you don't have to revisit them. Okay? So that's what we are doing together in four weeks.

It is the starting point of the process that I teach in the TPN program, which is called the repeatable revenue process. So if you are unfamiliar with that, it is a five stage process, and this is stage one. So you are getting the entire stage one of the repeatable revenue process that I teach in tpn and you are getting it with me guiding you through with live coaching every week for four weeks. And I am so stinking excited about this, I can't even handle it. Because I know from all of the people that I've seen go through this process so far and from all of the feedback that we get in the TPN community that this stage one is, for lack of better way to say it's the make or break in your business.

It is where you figure out, am I going to set this up to be a simple, doable business or am I going to make this so complicated and so hard that I always feel behind and I always feel like I'm struggling. And that's really kind of the tee in the road that I see people come to, obviously, or I hope it's obvious. I want you to make it simple and I do want it to be doable for you and I want your business to profitable. I want it to give you the freedom financially and time wise that you get into business to have in the first place. And so doing that requires making some decisions. We are going to do it together. And again, I'm so excited to start on January 26th.

So to go a little bit further back in time to 2015 and into 2016, when I was getting certified as a nutritional therapy practitioner, I was not setting up a scalable, simple business foundation. Not at all. So this pattern that I talk about having unmade decisions or not making the right decisions and making a complicated mess for ourselves, I did this. And so I deeply understand it. And that is why I feel so passionate about helping you. And that's why I have this podcast in the first place to tell you about the mistakes I have made and the mistakes that I see a lot of people make so that you can simplify it and not make those mistakes. So back in 2015, as I was getting my business off the ground, I was not immediately successful. I was immediately successful in getting clients quickly.

But what I was really doing was making a lot of complications in my business. And so it took me three years to finally make six figures in my holistic nutrition practice. Three years. And it took that long because I didn't have what I am about to give you in four weeks. In the quick start, to be clear, I was doing all of the things. I was an action taker and I know that you are as well. This is not a matter of not being willing to do the things. And for a lot of us, the reason our business stalls out, this was definitely the case for me, probably lands for you as well, is not because I wouldn't do the things.

It was because I was doing way too many things and I wasn't seeing them through and making solid decisions on what I actually wanted my business to look like and operate like and feel like and then executing on those things. Instead, I was just doing all of the things. I was throwing all of the spaghetti at the wall. I was winging it all the time. And it was way harder and took way longer to make the money I wanted to make and to help the amount of people that I wanted to help. So I eventually had to learn this lesson and I had to fix it. And when I did, I fixed the problem, which was not having one clear, profitable offer. I had like five offers, none of them particularly profitable, if we're going to be honest.

I didn't have clear branding or messaging whatsoever. I didn't have one pricing strategy. I had a million different ways that you could work with me. I would pretty much do anything for anybody. That was confusing for all of us, by the way, which means I didn't have one client process because I had a lot of different offers and I had a lot of different ways that I served a lot of different people, which was confusing again for me and for the people I was talking to. Last but not least, I did not have a system for how to track my time and how to spend my time and prioritize. I didn't know what to focus on first. I didn't know what to do next. I didn't know what to do when I even started my week on Monday morning.

And I ended up going down all of the rabbit holes and doing a lot of busy work that didn't really move the needle. So all of that to say I created a business that did have some success. I did help some people. I did make some money, but it was so much more complicated and so much less profitable than it could have been. I was also wasting a ton of time. So I was working hard and I was working long hours, but I didn't really need to be. In fact, when I stopped doing all of those things, I started making a lot more money and helping a lot more people. That's when everything changed. I started consistently hitting my monthly revenue goals. I knew exactly what to charge. I felt confident with what I was charging and with what my offer was.

My one offer, by the way. I then had a streamlined process that got results for people without draining me. That was really important. And I knew what to work on each day because I had made the decision about what my priorities were. I knew exactly what they were and how to execute them. So I stopped looping on it. I stopped doing, wasting my own time. And really, I created a lot more white space in my life and in my business. That is when I went from having a hobby ish business. I called it a jobby. It was like a job hobby to a profitable practice. Okay.

And I know after coaching almost a thousand nutritionists and health coaches through the TPN program at this point, that what we cover in stage one, which is what we're doing in the four weeks of the TPN Quick Start. It is what separates a profitable practice from a hobby business. It really is. So I want to make sure that is so clear to you that you can really think that through. Because if you've made well over $10,000 in your practice and you do have consistent clients coming in, the TPN Quick Start is not for you. I'm not talking to you right now. You need the full TPN program and all of our systems and processes for how to streamline and to scale your practice.

And it feels really hard and it feels really slow in the beginning when you are doing the wrong things or if you're trying to do too many things, that is what we solve for in the Quickstart. So if you are brand new in your business right now and you are just like, yep, this is the time, I am jumping all in this year. January 2026. Let's go. I'm ready to commit to my business. I'm doing this. That's you.

Or if you have been at this for a while, but you haven't yet made $10,000 with your current offer that you're selling, we probably need to fix that offer and some other stuff in your foundational decisions, in which case, the Quick Start would also be a great decision for you. So if you've made less than 10k in your current offer because you're just starting out, or things just have been going slow, you get into the quickstart. Okay? And I'm going to tell you all about how to do that at the end. So just know as I'm explaining what we're going to do over the four weeks, which I'm going to get to in a second, just know as I'm going through that if you're thinking, oh gosh, I don't know, should I be doing the full TPN program? I've been considering the full 12 month program. Is that what I should do? Should I do the Quick Start? You really don't have to choose one or the other.

So that was one thing, it was an accessible entry point for people to get into the actual doing of what we do here at tpn. And secondly, it gives people who have been considering the program an opportunity to test drive what this actually looks like and what it feels like and what life coaching is like and you know, kind of test out the waters. Here is what you all have created and you will have in your hot little hands by the end of February. You will have one premium offer that you are genuinely excited to talk about and to sell. You're not going to have three half built ideas. You're not going to have an offer that you're constantly tweaking.

You're not going to be wondering about your pricing and you're not going to be going back and forth and vacillating between two different, three different, five different options of a low ticket, a high ticket of this or that. No, no, no. You're going to have one clear, profitable offer that makes sense for your ideal clients and it sets your business up for long term success. We teach you exactly how to do that in the quick start. Okay? So that's one thing that you will have created. You will also, four weeks from now, have pricing very confident in charging. No more second guessing whether your pricing is too high or if it's too low or wondering if anyone will actually pay what it's worth for you to work with them. We're going to clear up all of that. Okay?

All of the pricing drama shall be gone by the end of February. Four weeks from now, you will also have a client delivery process that works. This is so, so big. And I know this because of all of the people that I talk to on sales calls for the TPN program who tell me, oh my gosh, if I just knew for sure that I could get people results, if I just knew for sure that my process worked, I would be so much more confident in talking about it. If I just knew for sure that I was on the right track with what I think I'm going to do with my clients, I would do X, y, Z thing differently. So guess what we're going to do? We're going to get you sure on all of that.

Yes, there is a process for creating your client delivery process, one that actually works, that is bulletproof, that will get your people results. And you know that it will get them results. This process is optimized for retention and for renewals and for referrals. So your clients keep working with you instead of disappearing after a few months. And they send people your way instead of never talking about it again. You actually make more money from your clients when you set up your client process the way that we're going to teach you how to do it in the four week. So by the end of February, you will also have organized business, finances and systems. And I know that you either just got Very excited when I said that. Or you just wanted to run and hide in the corner when I said finances and systems.

But either way, we are going to get you excited if you're not there already, because by the end of February, you will have everything tracked and managed correctly. Okay? So when the revenue starts flowing in consistently, which it will, you are ready. There's no scrambling. There's no, oh, my gosh, I have to go set up an llc. Oh, my gosh, I have to get a bank account. Oh, my gosh, I have to. To figure out how to pay taxes on this. Oh, my goodness, this is so confusing. No, no, none of that, okay? We are going to have it all situated and handled over our four weeks together. Actually, we do this in week one, by the way, and so that you can just sleep soundly. Rest assured that you know that all of the number stuff is done.

And that feels so, so good. You are also going to have total clarity on how to spend your time. By the end of February, you are going to be a master of prioritizing and focusing because you aren't going to be looping on these decisions anymore because you aren't going to be consistently researching and constantly looking for more information. You are going to have brain space, okay? You are going to know what you need to be working on. You're going to have your priorities set. You are going to know exactly what moves the needle and what is just busy work and what is just resistance in your brain wasting time. And that means you're also going to be able to teach this to your clients, which is super important. Lastly, by the end of February, you are going to be ready to sell.

And if you feel like you're ready to sell right now, but you aren't selling consistently, then you aren't ready to sell yet. But by the end of February, you will be. Okay. You're not going to be still figuring it out. You're not going to be still getting started. You're not going to be almost ready. No, no. You're going to be actually ready and confident and clear and excited to start booking clients and making the money that you know you're capable of. There's not going to be any part of you that's having resistance to that or is thinking, ooh, maybe now is not the best time. No, no. It's going to be at the best time, and you're going to be so excited about it.

This is what happens when you set your business correctly up from the start or you go back and you do it right if you've been winging it up to this point. I have watched this happen over and over again with the students inside the TPN program as they go through Stage one. We can just watch people as they post in the community after going through Stage one and say, oh, my goodness, I'm so much more clear now. Oh, my goodness. I can see exactly what I was doing wrong in my pricing. Oh, I can see exactly why people weren't interested in my offer before because I was doing this and this and I just needed to tweak it a little bit. Oh, okay. I can totally see where I've been wasting my time.

Oh, I can totally see how I have been resisting all of the numbers because I've been afraid of what I don't know. And I thought that this was a way bigger deal than it was and it actually wasn't so complicated. So we hear things like this all the time. And because I have seen this for almost six full years now, I know that you are going to feel so good as you go through the process. And four weeks from now, you have checked these things off of your list. People who were scattered and overwhelmed before they're suddenly booking clients, five to seven clients in a month after getting their offer and their pricing dialed in. We see this a lot.

People who are terrified to charge more than a few hundred bucks, all of a sudden they're confidently selling 3,000, 4,000, $5,000 packages because they finally understand the value of what they're delivering and they're packaging it up correctly and know how to message it. People who were drowning in client work up to this point and making it way more complicated than it needed to be while still doubting that their clients could get results without them micromanaging it. They now have a streamlined process that gives them a lot of time back in their week and actually gets their clients better results. So this is not just theory. I'm not just saying, oh, hey, I hope this works and this in our four week quick start, hope this goes well. No, no, no. This is tried and true.

So I want to explain to you what happens when you commit to the Quick Start. You join, you start today, you go, yes, this is exactly what I need. Let's go. Here's what actually happens. You will go make your payment obviously and then you are going to be redirected into your new quickstart member portal and inside your member portal you are going to find pre work. This where you're going to get clear on what you're building and you're going to do a few exercises to get your head on straight and kind of conceptualize where it is that your business is headed. So it makes some of the decisions that we're going to make in week one a little bit easier for you. Before we dive into executing, this is where we need to look at what the bigger picture is. Where are you going?

When you type something into your gps, you have to actually have the destination in mind to know where that first turn is out of the driveway. I'm picturing myself as I'm going somewhere new and I'm leaving my driveway and I'm looking at the screen in my car going, where are we going? Well, if I, I, I didn't tell it where it's going, it's not going to tell me where the first turn is that we need to go. So to do that we do the pre work. There are videos and a few exercises like I said already in the TPN Quick Start member portal for you that is ready as soon as you join.

Okay, so you're going to walk away from that pre work with a lot of clarity on your vision and confidence that you are building something that's actually going to work and that you actually want to be working in years to come. So don't just trust the process on that. What we do in the pre work, I'll leave it at that. Then week one, which drops on January 26, is where we are going to dive deep into your financial systems and time management in particular. And this is the most boring of all of the weeks. It is also what I have found to be the tasks that people put off the longest and they actually aren't that big of a deal. So we make our business financials and legal and all of the ducks that need to be in a row.

We make this into a year a huge deal, and it's actually not a big deal. And when you have the systems in place for navigating any legal or financial or tax or money situations that come up in the future, you can rest easy. Your brain actually calms down and you're just going to sleep better at night. So we do this week one, you are also going to get really clear on your time management strategy. And I give you a system for knowing exactly what to work on and when and how to change. Track it so you can be accurate in how long it actually takes you to do the tasks in your business.

A huge problem that entrepreneurs have is trying to cram way too much in and then always feeling behind and always feeling like they're trying to play catch up, like there's never enough time. And that isn't good for your nervous system. It isn't good for your business, it isn't good for your clients. So we don't do that. Okay. We actually have a system for tracking how long things take so that you know what a doable schedule is for your work week and for actually getting things done. The curriculum for each week drops on Monday of that week. And then we have a live call later in the week for Q and A and for coaching on anything that comes up for you as you execute the two to three hours of week of work that we have given you on that Monday.

And that's just an average. There are weeks that are going to be a little bit higher load, which is weeks one and three, and then weeks two and four are more implementation weeks and they're a little bit less. So if you spread it out over two weeks, actually it'll be less than three hours per week. All that to say, by the end of week one, you are going to have complete confidence in your financial business setup. You are going to feel like a legit business owner because you will actually be a legit business owner by the end of week one, your finances will be organized. Your systems will be in place for tracking them. You will know how to manage your time. So you're always working on what actually moves the needle.

And the reason that's so important is because you show up differently in your business when you feel like it's a legit business. When you feel like, on the other hand, I'm going to handle that stuff later, I'm going to wait to see if this works out. I don't want to waste time on setting up a bunch of systems if I don't know if it's going to work yet. When you have that kind of doubt that's already seeded into everything you're doing in your business, you don't show up as if it is a legit business. And I want that for you. If you are still listening to this episode, I know that you want success in this business of yours.

And so I just assume, and I think that I can comfortably do so, that you want to have all of these ducks in a row, you want to have your business legit and you want to move into week two with total confidence. So week two, which drops on February 2, you will get a new set of curriculum for that week with a checklist and you will never be for be confused at all on what we are doing for the week because you will have action items, checklist videos, and it's all very clearly communicated to you on Monday morning. And for week two, that is all about your niche. Like I said, week two is intentionally a little lighter week because you might have a few tasks from week one that bleed over into week two.

And so we keep this light but still very effective because we are going to clarify your niche or no niche make that decision once and for all in week two. And we are going to use our step by step framework that I teach in stage one of the TPN process for doing that. Okay? You are going to do this in just a few hours. If you have been looping and looping indecision on your niche, or if you have changed your niche several times, or if you think that you should be changing your niche, we are going to put it all to rest. Week two, okay? Total niche clarity on week two, you are going to walk away on Friday of that week with a plan about who you serve. You're going to have absolute clarity on that.

You will stop second guessing that decision, finally commit to a direction. And like I said, if you fell behind on anything in week one, you will have had the breathing room to catch up on that without feeling overwhelmed. Then week three, which drops on February 9, is where everything really comes together with two big decisions that need to be made in your business. And from my experience, these are the two that people gloss over or they rush through or they skip and it's what keeps them feeling really confused. I don't want you feeling confused. I want you feeling confident and calm about your business instead. So for that reason, we are going to tackle your offer and your client delivery process in week three. You will use our completely proprietary system for dialing in what we call your easy yes offer.

This is an easy yes for you to sell. It is an easy yes for your people to buy. And in conjunction with that, because they do kind of go hand in hand, we are going to help you design your client delivery process that very same week. So these two pieces are really interconnected because you have to have your client delivery process really solidified with the milestones that you bring your clients through. Now, I'm not talking about protocols here, by the way, and we're not going to get into that because I talked about it in the last episode, but your client process is the tried and true framework that ensures that your clients get results and they don't fall through the cracks.
